Hi , I would go with RF switches , that way the DC voltage goes were you want it to go and not were you don't want it to go . Also you would lose 4 DB on each output with a splitter . Thank you moderator .
The problem is not turning on the bias T , it's that it's not turning off . Even without the HDSDR software not being loaded in the computer it's on . I think the logic chip that controls the bias T is fried . Well I guess that it's time to buy a new V3 dongle .

The LNA that I bought from RTL-SDR , I think isn't working right . I am getting only + 2 DB gain out of it . I am pretty sure that I have it hooked up right . Discone antenna to LNA in , than out +5 to the V3 dongle . Than in the SDR Device software check box bias T . I don't think I missed anything...

Well James You now asking questions that are above my pay grade . I only know about what I did . Sorry ! Go to google and put this in The Loop on Ground Antenna , and this terminating resistor in antennas than read , read and read .
