I have the same problem. tried on multiple computers, and raspberry pi. noting. I contacted RTL SDR blog and they refunded me. i bought another one,the same problem.. so i guess its Malfunction in the recent sdr's that were sold...

I found out when scanning the spectrum that when an alarm goes off in Israel, an Unknow signal on 470.200MHz apres. what is the type of signal and how I decode it? I now that the system is MOTOROLA MOSCAD-L. but that's all I know. thanks. recording- [url][
