Okay, now I'm in a pinch, but in the other way around. The fact is that I was planning to buy this house ... in Corfu . And because of that, I now have a SDR heat management issue as well, but about overheating this time. What can I do to protect my hardware from the merciless sun of the Mediterrane...

Sorry, but your two last pics are super blurry, and it's difficult to actually understand what's going on there; do you have other pictures, or is it all what you have since you shipped the item back to Amazon?

I remember that on one of my first installations, I did the waterproofing in the good ol' gipsy custom way, with a plastic bag held by electrical tape :lol: of course, you shouldn't do that, it's better to do it professionally with appropriate kit as described by rtlsdrblog.

Are you sure it isn't a configuration/set up system and not an actual installation per se?
