Zadig hasn't worked for me ever since the 1903 Windows 10 update. This tool worked just fine though.

Are you using the EXTIO version of SDRUno? If not it won't see any RTL devices because it isn't meant for them. Version 1.22 is the only one that has this capability.

For some reason after the Windows 10 1903 update my dongle quit working and I got the same error message when trying to reinstall the driver with Zadig. USBDriverTool worked fine though.
