Re: Feedback on possible KerberosSDR V2 Hardware
I don't like idea of an rpi with wifi built into the enclosure along with the sdr's. The extra spurious rf that close to the sdr's really degrades the radio performance. That said, if the proper shielding can be maintained (for the price), then something to simplify the use is needed. I don't like h...

Re: New version of kerberosSDR app
Attempting to use a tablet is becoming very expense and non-workable. 1. My first 10" tablet was android version either 4 or 5, that wouldn't accept the software. (maybe this latest kerberosdr downgrade will allow it ?) 2. Second 10" tablet had android 7. software loaded, but no gps, wouldn't work 3...

Re: Chaining 2 KerberosSDR's
Hello, Is there a way of sharing (or even better - merging) data received by two KerberosSDR units? (i.e. two units DF'ing the same signal and comparing / merging the results?). Thanks. That would be useful to triangulate the doa/DF. similar to the way real time lightning maps pinpoint the signal l...

Re: two micro-USB ports, no USB-C...?
The picture does bring up the question on the dip switches
Does down mean 'enabled' or better ON for the sdr ?

Re: Feasibility of a Passive Weather Radar
Since only two receiver are needed, could two of mixers like https://othernet.is/products/morfeus-1 work for the 2,880MHz frequency of the WSR-88D ? (to get into the kerberos pass band) With two matched directional antennas, one pointed toward the noaa transmitter, and the second toward the storm cl...

Re: New to Kerberos
Mine is arriving today or tomorrow, I have reviewed the quickstart https://www.rtl-sdr.com/ksdr/ first: the THREE usb connectors 1. inner most one says connects pc/sbc Do I use a micro-usb to usb-a cable into any one of the raspberrypi usb's ? Does this provide BOTH data and power to the kerberossdr...

Re: New version of kerberosSDR app
My mobile installation is this ---
Android tablet (not phone phablet) with kerberossdr app installed
RPI running the image , acting as a hot spot
When I am mobile I will NOT have internet service to get maps.
How will this work with the new idea of always having internet available ?
