Re: Image Raspberry PI4 doesn't works

This might not directly help you, but I found this statement on the pi forums, “The messages about the bootloader not finding recovery4.elf and recovery.elf are entirely normal - it will only find those when you are using the EEPROM recovery mode.”

Re: Should the Kerberos power the Pi4 ?

I’m looking at this closer and here’s what I find. I have a Pi4 with a wall plug that says output 5.1v 3.5a. I also have a plug for additional power to the KerberosSDr 5v 2.1amp. With the external power applied to the KerberosSDr and the KerberosSDr plugged into the Pi4 I can observe that the Pi4 wi...

Re: New Networked DFing software

I may have accidentally cut it from the video but it turned out team two Pi’s gps was recognized as ttyUSB1 instead of 0. So it wasn’t actually starting but somehow the software started? I went in and fixed the conf file and restarted gpsd, checked fix with xgps, then restarted everything. I also so...

Re: New Networked DFing software

DragonOS Focal KerberosSDR x3 Mobile w/ DF-Aggregator Direction Finding Attempt 1 (Partial Success) https://youtu.be/qhHuVxakjlM I didn’t have time to edit out all the dead spots but I was able to shorten it some. I made some setup mistakes that I tried fixing on the fly and there was a weird thing ...

Re: New Networked DFing software

Actually you’re right. On the app there was lobs. I was just unable to get info back to RDFMapper and it also seems as if no lob info was getting to df-aggregator. Cleaning up video now. You’ll see I made some mistakes.

Re: New Networked DFing software

I just got back and can confirm that a git clone of the original KerberosSDr software does display the compass page after being started. If I go checkout either the qt4 or qt5 branch of your version the compass page is not displayed. I think maybe this was part of my problem? Maybe not. I should’ve ...

Re: New Networked DFing software

I have a 48 minute long video recorded. It took awhile to get all the moving parts setup beforehand. Unfortunately I think either I did something wrong or there’s a bug to work out - after trying towards the end to look at the built in compass I noticed there was no compass and no info being populat...

Re: New Networked DFing software

Today’s the day. I’m checking out the transmitter location now. I’m most likely going to use the 106.5 tower. I’ll have the antenna height and spacing as close to what it should be as possible.

What do you suggest cluster settings and such to be set at?

Re: New Networked DFing software

Still working it, but I've got the following in the python log on the second system File "_GUI/hydra_main_window.py", line 764, in DOA_plot self.wr_xml(str(int(DOA)), str(int(confidence_sum)), str(np.maximum(0, max_$ File "_GUI/hydra_main_window.py", line 783, in wr_xml latitude, longitude = packet....

Re: New Networked DFing software

Thanks for the updates and I should’ve just left the feedback! I thought it was more an error on my part by not reading your documentation, but I must have looked back at your page after you updated it to cover gpsd. I have three KerberosSDr/Pi combos setup so far with gpsd. I’ll have to do a test r...
