I have been working on an application based on rtl_fm using librtlsdr and can receive several radio stations. As a follow up to my previous message I found that I could get the desire frequency by subtracting 384000 from the desired frequency when I call rtlsdr_set_center_freq.

I have only tried FM at this point

Other things to note;
bandwidth = 185000
sample rate 192000
resample rate 48000
