Is there a downconverter - to reach 5-6 gigs

I got into these dongles , and accessories - upconverter to be able to use as a pan adaptor for ham radio ,
Also to look for RFI , have lots of RFI in my area that affect broadcast TV and 2-5 gig wifi .
So looking to see if someone has kit ? for the higher bands ?

OK thanks again , now its running , HDSDR on Windows machine , with ExtIO .
Now for the fine tuning :)

Now to play with the Nexus 7 & RFAnalyzer .

I was using the install info from this site , but just going by memory , " Copy the ExtIO_RTL2832U.dll file into the HDSDR install folder which is by default set to C:\Program Files (x86)\HDSDR. I am trying to get a couple of systems operating SDR A Windows dual core , running 7 , trying to get a dongle working and using HDSDR , I downloaded HDSDR - Zadig & ExIO_RT2832.DLL , where I am stuck is the instructions say to " copy ExIO and put in the register for HDSDR " I do know how to proceed ...
