Re: USA-Satcom XHRPT decoder

Here is his website : https://usa-satcom.com/ I think there's an email form on the website to contact him, his name is Joe. Also, the Metosats don't transmit HRPT on L-Band any more, that service ended a few years ago. Instead, they transmit on X-Band and the images can be viewed via Eumetcast which...

Re: SDR# Toolbar Plugin

Very nice work Eddie... many thanks.
As a future consideration, I think the 'Mode Control' configure options should have a bandwidth setting.
Just my thoughts.

Re: SDR# Toolbar Plugin

Looks brilliant Eddie, Looking forward to trying them out... I like the 'Detector Controls', one thing that might be very handy is a predefined/default bandwidth and a step size for each mode ? You could probably put a button on there also for your screen capture plugin ? Just my thoughts. But great...

Sounds great. I understand exactly what you mean regarding your coding time, been there - done that :). In any case, take your time and I look forward to beta testing it.

Re: FFT Window Screen Graber

EddieMac, Many thanks indeed for your recent excellent plugins, very nice work. If you're accepting requests or ideas, your screen cap above reminded me of a function that SDR# lacks and that I think would be useful to many who are interested in signal decoding etc. If the IF and Audio Spectrum disp...

Re: GPS Clock Project

Josh,
I would be very interested in building a project like this but I'm no way as electronic savvy as you appear to be. It would be great if you would post details on here as your project develops.
Many thanks.

Re: SDRSharp - compensating for satellite doppler

Friseal, For LEO satellites the received frequency needs to be constantly corrected due to doppler shift. It's completely impractical to do this by hand.. which is what you've been doing. The task is normally handled by a satellite tracking program, with up to date elements (https://www.space-track....
