Would these changes require a different KerberosSDR chassis, or would they just be part of a new image that would be loaded into the SBC. Also, will support for Pi4 continue to be included in all future image releases and updates? It will have a new enclosure and shape as the PCB is changing a lot....

What external power source are you using / what are the specs on it? Makes sure it's a high quality one. The Kerberos relies on that power source so it needs to be a good one. You can receive with a V3 in direct sampling mode and with a YouLoop, but that SNR won't be as good as with a HF+ Discovery due to the specific requirements of a YouLoop.

To help you can use a HF amp, or wait until the official YouLoop preamp is released.

Is there any solar panels near by? Definitely looks like some electrical interference and not something produced by the dongle. Perhaps you could try SDRTouch on your mobile, and walking around to find the source.

Yes please test the updated driver on our branch. I don't have a Ryzen PC so haven't been able to confirm if it makes any difference.

wow, how are these bias tee drivers still not fixed in 2020? To enable bias tee you must manually edit the batch file yourself to fix a spelling mistake basically. And what happens when this doesn't work? I've uninstalled/reinstalled all the drivers, i've tried editing the file so b is in front, so...

I think you'll find that the antenna matters a lot more than the radio. If you can't order any antennas, consider building them. Often they're not that hard to build. Get the antenna up high, and if you can't get good coax, try a USB extension cable. A handheld will have similar sensitivity to an RT...

I would get a switch to disconnect the RTL-SDRs RX antenna while you transmit. Even if it's off, high TX power is still going into the chip which could damage it.
