Re: Rasberry Pi running 2x Dongles

Looks like both dongles are running fine.

Not too sure about this, but is /dev/stdin shared? Are you writing two datastreams to the same stdin which is causing the data to get garbled?

Re: Schematic / recommendations for external power source

For the 40 PIN header only the 5V and GND pins are connected, and these match up with the pins on the Raspberry Pi (USB ports facing out). So in theory you can power the KerberosSDR and the Pi with a single 3A supply. But this probably won't be enough power since the Pi gets pretty power hungry when...

Re: High-pass filter characteristics for RTL-SDR.com ADS-B filtered amp?

I don't have the exact numbers on me at the moment, but the 3dB is around roughly 900 MHz, so you should be fine with replacing the SAWs.

[*] Networked DFing - With several networked KerberosSDR units spread out around a city it will be possible to instantly direction find any signal. I'm actively working on my own implementation of this. I would love to work together if you're interested. [*] Hardware: Switches and an improved calib...

Re: Driver issue

Are you sure that you're plugging it into a USB 2.0 port?

Also check in Device Manager if the dongle shows up.

Re: SDR # Set samplerate error

Are you using a USB cable? Sounds like the port/cable is not able to supply enough power to the dongle as the current increases when the start button is pressed.

Try other ports, eliminate bad cables etc.

Re: What to buy from here for Android.

All you need is a USB OTG cable (preferably with external power port), RTL-SDR dongle and a battery pack.

You can install free software like RF Analyzer, or the paid SDR Touch.

Re: What satellites i can work with on 137MHz.

Not really, you might try looking slightly higher up to ~145 MHz for the ISS and amateur radio satellites, and if you're in the right region, up to ~243 Mhz for the milsatcom band and pirates.

There are XP versions for Zadig available on their site https://zadig.akeo.ie/downloads/

They are not supported, but it should work.

Re: RTL-SDRV3 quit

You appear to be loading the RTL-SDR TCP interface. You need to load the USB interface instead.
