Re: Seeing R820T2 input.

Sorry could you please clarify what you mean? What are 'the files' that you are referring to? There are no files stored in the R820T2, it is not a memory stick.

Re: OTA TV

Yep that was the old analog TV. It had the image signal plus a separate audio signal that could be listened to.

Re: I cannot understand this....

Are you sure that you have the correct version of SDR#?

Did you use our guide at www.rtl-sdr.com/QSG to install it?

Re: Please Help. GQRX and SDR-RTL V3 for HF reception

Can you try "rtl=0,direct_samp=3" ?

It depends on what drivers you have installed. Some of them use "3" for some reason.

Also make sure that "No limits" in GQRX is checked.

Re: weak reception in ADS-B using upconverter

Those units probably have some losses in the upper frequency ranges. They're not designed particularly carefully.

Yep it's actually huge antennas for VLF/HF, and small antennas for UHF+. Optimal sizing is dependent on the wavelength which decreases as frequency goes up.

Re: RTL SDR dont work on Asus Prime B350 Pluse + Win7 x64

Probably a USB issue on your ASUS as it works on other PCs, but just checking, did run install-rtlsdr.bat and make sure the rtlsdr.dll file is in your SDR# folder?

If the cheap dongle is not working on that PC, then neither will the V3.

Re: Best antenna for 1mhz-50 and 1khz - 800khz

There is no real 'best' antenna. It all depends on your location, what space you have available, local interference, the landscape, HF conditions etc. Generally for HF signals, bigger antennas tuned for your band of interest are better. If you have space you can set up a wire dipole for HF. Google f...

Re: SDR#-x86 Dos Not Install on Windows10

Hmm I don't understand what you mean when you say that no SDR# folder is created? Once you unzip the files, the folder that those files are in is the SDR# folder. Install-rtlsdr.bat, simply downloads zadig and the rtlsdr.dll driver which can't be packaged with the software for software licencing rea...

Re: OTA TV

Are we talking digital or older analog TV here? You can't really 'listen' to broadcast TV, you need to demodulate it into an image. Older analog TV signals had a wideband FM audio signal near it however. The RTL-SDR in SDR mode doesn't have enough bandwidth to cover the width of either analog or dig...
