You are correct in selecting the rtl2838uHIDR, whatever.
Run Zidiq as Administrator.....RMB click on filename, select run as admin

Hi WarHawk, So I suspect 2 things in your statement. You use the term desktop. Are you actually dropping the sdrangel directory onto your desktop? , try putting it in c:/users/yourname/sdrangle. 2nd, The Sdrangel I use and see, is always a 64 bit operating application. I use to see this ..output
rtlsdr_write_reg failed with -4

When I have low voltage getting to the dongle thru the usb port. Try an active usb hub to plug in the dongle.

So far I can only seem to stream that server at 8M bandwidth/ Not full i/q... trying 1Mhz BW but not working for me.
So at 1545122230, JAERO locks onto the signal but not getting anything out..I thought I got a partial message once but have not been able to repeat. Getting Bad CRC ....

I don't see anything really wrong. Don't use the rtl_test -t..that's for the E4000 only. Leave off the -t.. Start 2nd server rtl_tcp -d 1 -a 192.168.1.100 ... you differentiate dongles by -d 0 or -d 1 ...-d 2... and different port # There may be a variant of rtl_tcp that wants you to define t-bias o...

Alright, so I successfully installed the new sharp directly into a sharp directory on the desktop and executed the install-rtls.bat with no issues. I launch the sdr sharp app and selected the source rtl_sdr ( USB ). Then hit the gear symbol on the top bar and I see my dongles. in the top pulldown ba...

I apologize for asking but what location are you installing sharp? Directly in c: I hope. Make sure the batch file is really installing and your not just seeing a quick popup. Also I'm not familiar with the driver tool kit you mentioned so I'm a little dubious on this.

Just an observation, your bandwidth is set to 10. That's very low for selecting WFM mode.
