Thanks for your interest. I am almost finished the programming. Everything seems to be working fine. I have implemented code to check for duplicates when adding plugins. If it is a duplicate then it checks the version of the plugin your trying to install against the version that is currently install...

Sorry folks, Seems I made a simple math error in the last version of the Toolbar plugin on the Mode control. It threw an error when opening the configuration dialog for the first time. It has been fixed and should now work properly without the error. You can download the update (Ver 1.5.1659.0) here...
