Re: Kerberos on Pi3B not found

I don’t have my pi handy to check, but I swear I remember I had to move my usb cable around on my pi checking each port till it saw the KerberosSDr. Might have been an issue with my pi but worth a shot. Although with you saying there’s no blue light it sounds like for whatever reason there’s somethi...

KerberosSDR + RTL-SDR combined example

Here you go - when you’re not direction finding with your KerberosSDr, stuck inside the house, and just want to see how many SDRs you can use at the same time there’s a video with a slight twist on the RTL-SDR.com article to make the time go by, DragonOS LTS/10 KerberosSDR + RTL-SDR (Air Traffic Con...

Re: new version image 1.6.1 for py 4

I tried 1.6 during some testing this week and found for some reason I just could not get it to sync as easy or if I recall, at all. Ended up rolling back a version for now. I did notice that when you check the enable sync and noise boxes that if you also hit update it automatically unchecks the nois...

Re: KerberosSDR App and bearing server

Was the solution in fact the /save.php or something else? You didn’t say what fixed it. I thought I actually tried adding save.php but I’ll double check.

Re: KerberosSDR App and bearing server

Good evening. I purchased the software a few days ago but just now got around to taking a look. Here’s something that jumps out at me that may be causing your issue. The android app gives an example of (https://www.musther.net) as the bearing server. However reviewing the manual and taking a look at...

Re: KerberosSDR Developments in 2020

Optionally give the user a way to utilize all 4 or 8 radios, depending on KerberosSDr being linked to another, to monitor a large chunk of the spectrum when not actively doing direction finding. Potentially add more to the GUI to allow this, otherwise just provide a tutorial on using all radios to f...

Re: Mounting Kerberos SDR high up in a tree

That would be awesome! I’d definitely pay for that considering I’m trying to get multiple fixed sites up and running and reporting back to a server. Always had it in the back of my head how annoying and probably unrealistic it was going to be to have someone disconnect and reconnect antennas at each...

Re: KerberosSDR App and bearing server

Absolutely and that’s great news to hear. I haven’t tried rdfmapper yet as we’ve been using some internal software but what I’m hoping to test in the coming weeks is literally running everything to include the phone on a drone platform. What about incorporating gps, compass and other sensors onto th...

Re: KerberosSDR App and bearing server

The new android app mentions it can upload info to the bearing server now. I haven’t seen it in action, but will it be uploading gps and heading data (icons moving) along with the LOBs in near real time? I have a drone near complete with all hardware mounted just to see how it performs and instead o...

Re: Raspberry Pi 4 Compatible Image Released

Make sure you’ve got your android hotspot setup as SSID KerberosAndroid with the same as the password. Maybe double check your phone isn’t running 5ghz (not even sure if that’s possible) and once you ensure it’s broadcasting then bootup the pi. If you don’t have android broadcasting before the pi bo...
