bird chirps ?

I hope I understood you correctly on bird chirps, like a group of birds sitting in a tree and chirping, and not a signal sounding after decoding like bird chirps.
No bird chirps are audio, while RTL-SDR can receive only electromagnetic waves. If you use an wireless microphone to "record" bird-chirps you could receive that, if you can decode the modulation.

Yeah we're not too sure what you're meaning. "Birdies" in RF-speak can mean something else other than the physical flying type of bird.

From your message it sounds like you're talking about an actual bird?? As snn47 mentioned, these radios only pick up electromagnetic waves. Sound waves are not picked up. For that you need a microphone.
