CW decoding software

I have a NOOELEC rtl sdr. Is there any freeware for this that can decode CW? Thanks

Yes, try http://www.dxsoft.com/en/products/cwget/, and http://www.hotamateurprograms.com/downloads.htm. You just need to pipe the audio into these programs from SDR# or similar via Virtual Audio Cable or VBCable.
