Hi I have a mini PC by my TV what is the best software to use an RTL2832U+R820T dongle and use any of the following wireless keyboard,mouse or keypad. I just want to flick around the VHF UHF area of radio.

What OS is the mini PC running?
If it's powerful enough and running Linux then you could try GQRX or CubicSDR.
