Hi all,
I am trying to get in contact with USA-Satcom out from Belgium via their website, however my e-mail does not get through for whatever reason.. My question : can somebody give me a hint how i can get in contact with them. I want to try out their XHRPT decoder, first on trial and in next step to buy it. As I am in Belgium , I am interested in METEOSAT 10.
Can anybody help? Thank you_ Paul - 0N5QM

Here is his website : https://usa-satcom.com/ I think there's an email form on the website to contact him, his name is Joe.
Also, the Metosats don't transmit HRPT on L-Band any more, that service ended a few years ago. Instead, they transmit on X-Band and the images can be viewed via Eumetcast which I think is a satellite TV channel (Google it). For HRPT etc. The current sats are NOAA 15, 18 and 19. METOP-A and -B, METEOR M-N1 and M-N2 and some FENGYUN (Chinese) sats, all of these are polar orbiting satellites. For the American continent, they have the GOES series of geostationary sats, Himawari and COMS-1 for far east asia (Japan, Australia etc.), there are others I just can't remember them now but the Meteosats are definitely a no go for decoding at home.
I hope this helps.
Terry
