Decoding Strange Signal

I am trying to decode buttons on my RF remote. All buttons repeat the same packages as long as the button is pressed except for one button. That one button first sends one package, then a different package and then keeps repeating the first package. Below are the first 4 packages sent. I inserted the space after each triplet. As you can see, the preamble is always the same and the package 1, 3, 4 (etc) are identical but the package 2 is different. Also the package 2 seems to change encoding midway (after the first 27 0s and 1s). First it seems to encode bit x as 1x0 but then it suddenly changes to a 01x pattern. Has anybody seen anything like this and how can I determine the 2. package from the 1. package?
