Need Help ID'ing These Items

Post by LTCSZ » Mon Aug 19, 2019 10:00 pm

Hi: A neighbor approached me the other day, saying that he knew I "messed around" with radio and asked if I wanted some stuff he had found in his late father's workbench. He handed me these items. Could someone here on the Forum identify them for me and briefly explain how they would fit into my SDR usage? I hope the pictures attached are of good enough quality. Thanks a lot!

1) This is our product, it's a high pass filter - see the listing on www.rtl-sdr.com/store. It blocks out the overly strong broadcast AM band which can overload SDRs/radios and cause poor reception on other frequencies.

2) This is Adam's LNA4ALL http://lna4all.blogspot.com/. It's a low noise amplifier.

3) Don't know who makes that particular product, but it is a bias tee. Allows you to remotely power the LNA4ALL by injecting DC power onto the coax cable.
