Do you also have CATV/CATV in your room, than it might not be reflections/multipath but leackage from you cable system

Could it be also intermodulation, did you try lower high gain setting or reducing receive signal e.g. by holding the antenna radiatior in your hand?

Did you try it from somewhere else,e.g. your car first before you go through the trouble getting your antenna outside.

try to place your antenna at half wavelength distance from Ground, any kind of building, metal roof or wires. Also add RF choke on the feeder, near antenna feeding point. And it will works fine.

I had recently installed ver 1732 along with that gaggle of plugins that is offered. My WFM sounded like crap.
I found the audio processor plugin already enabled,which caused the very poor WFM audio quality.

Adjust the BANDWIDTH under the RADIO tab to 250,000.
For Broadcast FM.
Make sure WFM is selected!

Look for the "Audio Processor" plugin settings and disable the bandpass filter.
