Hi! Can anyone detail how to install the driver patch for FC0013 chips to improve ADS-B reception? There is a patch here

The way I understand it is that such patches may or may not be incorporated into one of the RTL DLLs available.
What you need to ask is "Has it been incorporated? Which one?"
