Hi,
I am very new to looking at signals in general and I need to find a way of looking at a very short burst from a LoRa node. I can see the burst in SDR# and CubicSDR but as far as I can see only SDR# has a record function (out of the two).
I might be completely wrong here but do I need software that will record and allow me to rewind the recording so I can get it to a point where I can analyse it? For instance I see it on the waterfall and don't seem to be able to move back/up/though the 'history' to see the shape of my signal. Am I being thick? Is there some other way to do this?
Again extremely new but quite keen to know more. I have watched some tutorials but can't seem to find anything on this.
Thanks.

The only software I know that will scroll back is Spectrum Laboratory.
It is difficult to setup, if you do not know it then as far as I know recording is the easiest.
Most software does enable recording, the only one I am familiar with is HDSDR.

You could record an IQ file ofthe signal, then replay it using the file player plugin from rtl-sdr.ru
