First comment to break the silence.

I am not a amateur "ham radio" user :D but i am using this mega-cheap 820T dongle: http://dx.com/p/dvb-t-digital-tv-receiv ... ack-149928

For me it is enough and i think it is working perfectly :lol:

I've ordered 2 dongles, haven't received any of them yet. Both are R820T.

Good choice. I prefer the R820T over the E4000 myself.

bought my two R820 via Amazon .... they arrived on time , and intact .... preferred to ebay ...
Most impressed with the dongle ... but would like some genius to write some softwar to sweep a slightly wider range ... 5 Mhz ???
