I heard that in the 1970's someone found out computers emit a weak radio signal when they're processing things, apparently back then someone was able to somehow program an old Altair computer to play a song on their AM radio in beeps and chirps. I think that sort of thing is really interesting and I'd like to recreate the experiment with modern computer equipment. I have an SDR radio (Model: R820T2 RTL2832U), but I don't know what frequency ranges to search for the RF coming from a computer. So I thought I should ask the community if anyone has an ideas for where I should begin? Or if any of you have one of those meters/detectors that might be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for your replies.
