If you're unsure i'd suggest consulting with a software lawyer. GPL licencing can be complicated, but i'm fairly certain that simply rewriting osmo-tetra in another language doesn't mean that you can ignore the licence.

We're not affiliated with Osmocom, so I have no idea if they would bother to pursue litigation (or if it would even be possible in your country), but i'd hate to see your hard work go to waste, and at the same time i'd hate for their rights to be infringed.
"Tetra option temporarily disabled for replacement some parts of codes it will be back after code replacement within one or two month"

i added dmr option and change state of tetra option...
also i compiled program with static link library that maybe solve the msvcr dll problem But this is proven when more runs happened

if you think there is no problem maybe better that remove or correcting note 2 on your post, cause currently all part is GPL
but you are admin and do anything that is better
thank a lot

Okay I added a new update note explaining the situation. Hopefully everything can be resolved properly and your software can flourish.

Thanks for open minded, and your new contribution get some attention :)
Last couple years at least 7x different coders work on there own Tetra projects in Linux and Windows. Some off them used a modify cosmo as there starting point.
I am not interested in DMR and wait for 2 months to see your next tetra release.

@hamradionl
you're welcome

thank you

Hi
I am adding POCSAG to OpenEar software if there are people that can see the Pocsag signal please save the signal and send it to me
i need i/q signal and i no need to FM demodulator output.
you can use SDRsharp recording baseband with 1.024Ms/sec for decreasing file size
thanks

Few comments
1)please consider porting software for 32 bit systems : all my notebooks are 32 bit and i cant ryun it in them while im in the field
2) missing MSRVCR120D Dll in the package : ider add the DLL or write in the read me that this dll is needed
3) please consider adding PPM frequency correction parameter my dongle is -68 PPM away and therefore the frequency it pick is not accuratre
4) the Dmr decode is less good then what the DSDPLUS software decode ma you improve it ? maybe use the DSD software for decode
can you support other radios as well as AirSPY HackRF etc ?

Thank you for making very simple to operate software

you're welcome
1- yes, i release 32 bit version as soon as, (small problem is here that i compile vocoder code (channel.dll & Source.dll) in another laptop and currently i dont access to this for recompile for 32 bit version,
i try to accessing to it )
2-i compiled it for static version that cause to increase size of app (about 48MB) and after static compiling there is no need for msvcr dll. anyway if missing error exist, there is some suggestion for solve it
3- i add rtl hardware offset in next release
4- in my mind 3 things maybe cause to some different between decoders, 1-data path and processing structure(data loss on diffrent systems or side processing) 2-decoder (demodulator and error correction parts) 3- oprators (select center frequnecy,..)
i run it in core i3 and core i7 systems and good voice can achieve, but after some release maybe i review of code for better performance
5- I don't currently have access to those hardware, maybe i add them and users test and send feedback results to me
