Ideas for new projects?

Post by shansen1785 » Tue Feb 25, 2020 2:01 pm

Hey guys, So I have an RSPDuo and also 2 RTL-SDr USBs. Does any one have any interesting projects to do with them. I'm fairly new to the RSPDuo. I've already done P25 decoding but looking and other cool projects I can do and if possible tutorials until i start to catch on and learn more on my own.

Has anyone made a portable or mobile unit using a raspberry pi 4 for p25... looking to make one to monitor my fire dept freq. which has moved to P25. I have it working on a home pc but in need for a mobile one.

One interesting project for the RSPDuo is active noise cancellation. A lot of people have problems with interfering RFI noise covering up more interesting signals. With two antennas and two receivers, one can try experimenting with phase cancellation of various outside RFI noise sources.
