Can i make connect DSD Plus with analog Uniden scanner

i have Uniden analog handled scanner with output for headfones. question - can i make connect this device with my laptop and DSD plus pluggin in windows 7? if yes how?

Not sure if the headphone output would work as it may cut off digital frequencies. Look up how to add a discriminator tap to your scanner.
