The Main Problem is here is Winter and I have no way where I can put the Antenne in.
Beside of Sat I found nothing who have some interesting stuff. Sure there are Freq for Commercial TV Cams but how often are there in my Area.

There's pager data around ~930Mhz. Above 1Ghz and you're getting into the area where signals at that frequency just don't travel very far and most things end up being point to point or some type of local area deal. In the US, I believe there are plans for public safety to use ~4.9Ghz. I've seen this frequency allocated for public safety use but have never really seen anything in the wild yet.

How about Sat? The use 10 GHZ to 12Ghz for TV Transmission.
So Hight Frequency could travel long distance.

High frequency can certainly travel very far on a point to point basis. As for Satellites; yes you can absolutely view those. However, you typically need to attenuate as much noise as possible and try to amplify the satellite signal without amplifying the noise floor too much. Most satellite signals are so weak by the time they get to the ground that they're buried beneath the noise floor. A good example is with my GOES16 set up. GOES operates above 1Ghz but you need a bandpass filter centered on GOES16 frequency and an LNA with a very good SNR. You'd be surprised by how many signals you could find buried beneath the noise floor if you look hard enough. TV transmission is essentially the same as my GOES setup. They use filters and amplifiers to pull the TV signal out from under the noise floor to prevent terrestrial signals from interfering.

So yes, you can do some satellite exploration but you'll need to make sure you use a properly sized dish for the signal you're interested in, make sure the dish is aimed directly at the satellite, and filter/amplify as necessary. Satellite stuff can get pretty expensive pretty fast. For beginners, try looking to receive NOAA satellites that operate on a VHF signal.

It depends on what you find interesting, but RADAR and military are just a minute part of systems and equipment in use.
Consult the ITU RR and you will find out, how many services there are abaove 868 MHz, terrestrial on land, sea airborne and in space. However your antenna needs to be outdoor, high enough and within RLOS to receive them, and if your receiver is sensitive enough.

The only think is I receive is the Cellphone Signal and on 868 Headphone Transmissions.
Sure with an Dish TV.

I guess I cant get it. When I look directly south the next "commercial" Sat is Astra 19,2 who our TV Channels running over.

Helix Antenna just inside a groundfloor window pointing straight up in the air.

You have to be very careful on the positioning as a couple of Centimetres movement
will put it out of phase, & you will lose signal.
Dongle is about 10 KHz off
