Not receiving email when post gets replies, regardless of settings

I am turning to the board for this issue as I cannot find a way to message or contact an administrator.

I have been unable to receive email notifications for a topic I posted:

GQRX - unexpected plot when changing frequency range
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5736

I have checked as carefully as I can to be sure I have done everything possible to make this happen.

I have the following options checked:

Board Preferences > Edit posting defaults > Notify me upon replies by default: yes

Board Preferences > Edit notification options > "email" checked for all options

I also explicitly subscribed to this topic. Checking:

Overview > Manage subscriptions

I find listed under topics subscribed to:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5736

Can an administrator please help me sort this out?

Looks like an issue in our backend SMTP login. Google stopped accepting the server login, not sure why. Will look into it.
