Your wording would indicate that English might not be your first language. Please correct and forgive me if I am wrong.
I think that you are saying that you are unable to get any reception of the 27 MHZ band.
With the way you have worded it. I am not sure if you have tried anything as of yet.
I think that you have. Judging by the question of. How do I resolve this?
The antenna you are using is not optimal for the 27 MHZ band. If you are in the US or a country where 27 MHZ is used frequently. You should get something on that antenna although a somewhat longer antenna will help greatly. It will help once you are able to tune this band.
I see the antenna is sold by Great Scott Gadgets.
Are you using a Hack RF One to receive?
If not what are you using for a receiver?
Let us know and someone will most likely be able to help.

Yes you will probably need a proper 27 MHz antenna, and one that is mounted outside. The ANT500 is not really tuned for these lower frequencies at only goes down to about 75 MHz.

A dipole antenna might work better for 27MHz. There are many good articles online how to build one. Indoors might be OK, in the attic is better, outdoors is best.
