you cannot use one antenna for 4 divices simultaneously with no loss, because signal strength will be divided by 4.

You can use 10-20 dB LNA amplifier before splitter in order to fix it, but amplifier will add IMD distortions.

So, the only way to use it with no loss and no distortions is to use antenna switch to connect just one device at a time.

Since you want to buy how about trying SAT-TV splitter e.g. http://www.schwaiger.de/en/4-way-distributor-12-db.html these cover VHF?

Comercial splitter combiner are more expensive and price increase with power handling capacity. Another option are directional couplers for providing additional outputs, unforunately coupling loss starts at about 12 dB per port.

Instead of looking for 4 way splitter combiner you can also connect a pair of 2 way splitter/combiner to the outputs of a third 2 way splitter/combiner to form a 4 way output.

There are many manufacturers e.g. http://ww2.minicircuits.com/WebStore/Splitters.html or Spinner-group.com but you have to check for loacal availability at distributors.

Some background on combiner and coupler can be found here
https://www.microwaves101.com/encyclope ... -splitters and here

For what bands or frequencies? For HF, QRPGuys sells an active splitter kit that buffers and amplifies multiple outputs. I ordered one, but haven't assembled or tested it yet.
