Is it possible to install gr-dect2 into SDR# on a laptop running Windows 10 Pro? Here is a link to gr-dect2:
https://github.com/pavelyazev/gr-dect2
I'm knowing its possible to have an Ubuntu command prompt up and running on Windows 10 Pro. I'm not knowing how to put it all together. :?:

This is not a SDR# plugin. This is a GNU-Radio program and has nothing to do with SDR#.

GNU Radio exists on Windows but not all scripts work properly on it, so i'd recommend trying it out on Linux instead to rule out issues.

Can the RTL-SDR tune to DECT signals? The signals are between 1880 and 1900 MHz.

If you have a E4000 dongle then it can tune that high.
