The first screenshot is a FHSS transmission from geostationary military satellite
Milstar 5 (USA 164)
It is friendly called
"The waterdripper" from milsat listeners.
You are receiving only one but there are two twin satellites probably transmitting the same signal. The other one is
Milstar 1 (USA 99) 37KHz higher in frequency.

I heard from someone in the local radioclub that the second one might be some local security company so i got all the answers. Thx for the help.
