Unknown high pitch continues beep with data bursts

I've seen this type of signal too. It just beeps for most of the time and occasionally there are some data bursts on it. Mine was near 434 MHz though (south Europe). No idea what it is for.

There also are some of these signals in Madrid, between 440 and 450 MHz. I do not know, I suspected that could be data from the river level sensors or meteorological stations, but it is just a suspicion.

When I have the KerberosSDR would be interesting to find the emitters… ;)
