This looks like a Dab Block.

Ah, I see. I'm in Dublin Ireland and the DAB frequencies are located around this frequency location. I didn't realise it could be a DAB block. Thanks for the help.

Hi Zenno,
Try looking for the Dab Decoders on Google, there are various ones that will utilise the
RTL Dongle & other SDRs.
They will give Info on the Channels available & Block Number etc.
The one shown in your image is Block 12C.
