They are just standard mag mount whips with a strong magnet, but modified a bit so that the bottom plate has much better conductivity to the ground plane. That reduces radiation skew. Also with RG58 coax.

If VHF/UHF is your area of interest this one looks OK. Good to 20 watts if I chose to purpose elsewhere. Only a few left after I grabbed 4 .....
