Re: SDR# issues
I'm seeing the same hanginging on a 4 GB windows 10 machine. It happens repeatably whenever I change either audio output or sampling mode. After I force it to quit, I change either audio out or sampling mode again and this time the change is made without hanging.
The Windows event log for Application has this error detail:

Searching the "exception code value", microsoft says the most common cause is that the application is throwing a null reference exception. Dot Net has no protection against this, and those exceptions can be trickey to find. Since the problem is repeatable, it can be done relatively easily. Please post when the problem is found and fixed.

Re: SDR# issues
You could try v1784
If you watch the Airspy group you may have seen an answer, I made no notes but there have been a few updates recently, not every one immediately successful.
I usually wait a few weeks until things have been proven.

Re: SDR# issues
Same here. Tested on two computers. Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM and i7, 32GB RAM. On weaker computer any receive disable gives hangs and often crashes, but also other computer does same specially when audio is routed to virtual cable to use it with DDS plugin. Then all computeters gets SDR# crash. I installed even latest version and problem is the same. But latest version have stupid płacimy all plugins in very uncomfortable position and I not even know how set this to old position. I also tested dongle on MacBook Air Early 2015 with OSX programs, works OK and all Windows laptops with other SDR apps.
