The latest version of SDRuno (ver 1.33)is shipping with SDRuno.EXTIO.exe (ver1.05)again included.
So we don't have to keep 2 separate installs
ExtIO_RTLSDR# - custom ExtIO for RTLSDR
Re: ExtIO_RTLSDR# - custom ExtIO for RTLSDR
OK, now SDRuno works (extio.dll copied in to Documents folder).
Just another question: how is possible to reduce the RF gain ?
In particular on low hf bands where the noise is so high.
Many thanks
Nicola

Re: ExtIO_RTLSDR# - custom ExtIO for RTLSDR
There is no way to tune gain for direct sampling mode on RTLSDR dongle. Because there is no hardware which allows to change gain. Gain can be tuned for tuner, which is not used in direct sampling mode. So, the only way to change gain for HF band is to add external attenuator or LNA.
ExtIO_RTLSDR# - custom ExtIO for RTLSDR - BiasT for 14 MHz and above?
Hello QRP,
I am using your ExtIO_RTLSDR_u8.dll 1.1.1.7 together with HDSDR and a RTLSDR dongle. All works well so far. However, I have one question: Would it be possible that you program a special version of that dll file, with the following additional functionality: BiasT shall be automatically enabled for frequencies from 14 MHz and above, and shall automatically be disabled again when switching to frequencies below 14 MHz.
Why do I need that? I have a switchable pre-filter which I need to put in for 20m band and above (reduction of noise from 49m and 41m AM broadcast bands). So, if I had BIasT being enabled for 14 MHz and above, I could make also this toggling to become fully automatic.
Regards,
Urbi

Hi. Could you publish the 64-bit ExTIO for RTL-SDR v3?
Thank you.
Been looking for one.
