RTL-SDR (USB) not in the Source menu

RTL-SDR (USB) is not in the Source menu.

It was there the first few times I turn on the SDR, but now the only thing remotely close to that
is RTL-SDR TCP.

Not sure if this is related, but every time I start the SDRsharp.exe file it's like starting all over again
to install, getting the Windows warning, etc.
This might be related to the missing RTL-SDR menu option in source.

Must be doing something wrong.

PLEASE! Any help is MUCH appreciated.
(This hobby is both very exciting and very frustrating at the same time.
Wish there were a simple, straight-forward, seamless install method.)

If something corrupted on your SDR# install, just redownload a new version and do the quickstart guide again.

Also noting that there is a very recent update, and the source is now called "RTL-SDR USB (Original)"
