RTL-SDR V3 FM ONLY !!

I have wasted so much time on this dongle I have now requested a refund. Have downloaded every software application and reinstalled various drivers after building a multitude of different Antenna using NanoVna and UnUn with Line Isolator ...
No information on how to test if Decoding properly

What is the point of this post?
I can not see any requests for help from you.
