Hello,
I followed the quick start procedures to install RTL-SDR v3 drivers.
Followed the advice in forum when this did not work.
Error in Zadig says I attempted a "32bit install on 64bit PC.
Please help if you can...my computer is Surface ProX running windows 10

Could you please post the entire error message log? Surface Pro should work.
