The install-rtlsdr.bat file in a 64bit sdr# distro downloaded yesterday fails since it references the disused url "http://sdr.osmocom.org/trac/raw-attachment/wiki/rtl-sdr/RelWithDebInfo.zip".

Also, the manual driver installation instructions for sdr# on rtl-sdr.com tell you to look in the x32 subfolder of rtl-sdr-release, however if you run 64bit sdr# you should of course look in the x64 subfolder.

And, you don't really need to download more than one file:
...\rtl-sdr-release\x64\rtlsdr.dll in the 64 bit case.

Just tested the latest SDR# x64 download, and the install-rtlsdr.bat is working correctly. Seems like that URL is back up and running.

Many people get confused with the x86 x64 difference and don't know what they have, so I just recommend x86 since that's compatible on both systems. Also some people have reported problems with the x64 build, so not sure if it's really stable yet. But yes I think i'll edit the manual instructions so people can choose the correct version.
