Built in T-DMB in korean samsung phone

Post by anotherusername » Mon Apr 30, 2018 6:29 pm

I have one and was wondering if there is any way to get it working with SDR stuff. I tried the usb dongle driver and some apps but nothing worked. I didn't expect it to since its not a usb device.

Its model KSHV-E160lj but it also identifies as SHV-E160L

I like the idea of not even having it built into the phone but I don't know if it is the right chip or if there is a driver.

If someone wants to experiment I can try putting teamviewer on the phone and leaving it on wifi.

Unlikely, only the RTL2832U chip is compatible with RTL-SDR, and it's very doubtful that a phone would use that chip.
