Hi
I have an Areal Antenna and there is an small Mountain where I cant receive anythings sure because it blocks the Signal.
So can an Yagi Antenna help me to receive some of the Signals who got are to weak to get by the Areal Antenna?

Maybe if some weak amount of signal is still getting through. But if the mountain blocks it completely, no antenna can really help there if the signal simply doesn't exist past the mountain.

Usually there is a bit of scatter, so you'll still get some signal even without LOS.
If you look in SDR# and see some signal at the right frequency, but if it's too noisy to be useful, a Yagi will probably help. However, If you see no signal at all, then the Yagi may not see enough signal either.
Of course the only sure way to know the answer is by trying a Yagi,

What frequency is the signal? A tight yagi could maybe pickup a high freq signal bouncing off something else? A lower freq signal maybe a higher antenna or different polarization, filtering, amplification, etc.
