2 frequencies occupying one channel in HDSDR

Post by zenno » Thu Sep 20, 2018 10:38 pm

Is there a way to fix this problem with 2 frequencies occupying one channel in HDSDR ?. The only software that doesn't have this problem is SDRANGEL. Is there a filter add-on of some kind that will remove the unwanted frequency from other frequencies ?. This problem only happens on the Airband on the RTL-SDR. Audio of the problem in link. https://youtu.be/XHZ_CtIi2fI

Thanks.

Turn down the gain, looks like the strong signals are causing overloading, and the result is images of signals overlapping.

This problem has been fixed, it was the RF Gain +50. I just lowered this slider and it removed the double frequencies. Thanks for the simple fix, I can't believe it was something so simple, it was looking me in the face all the time. Here's the video of the problem and the removal of the adjacent frequency. Thanks again for your reply and fix as it was driving me crazy. :D https://youtu.be/emvKR45WAPU
