Probably just some sort of noise from nearby electronics. Probably a switching supply doing weird things.

Thank you for your response, but are you sure? because i'm pretty sure that in that range there are some transmitter...
It seems a frammented clear signal, maybe there is some common encryption method... but i have never seen a signal like this

That signal looks screwed. I don't see any data in it unless it's some weird wideband modulation, but why the hell does it jump all around like that and it seems to be poorly filtered? Looks as if some device is constantly restarting itself at irregular intervals.

It's Mobitex:

I got dozens of these signals in my area:

About 15 years ago police and ambulances used this system for the data terminal+screens in their cars... It was all clear text back then when I used a 2-level modem on a scanner with discriminator tap.

Another example (not my video):

Thank you so much! So it is not a interesting signal. Or are there a way to decode the signal to find some interesting?

Wait, what signal are we talking about here?
I assumed it was the strong curvy white one on the waterfall.
Because the waterfall Remon posted seems different although they do seem to sound similar.

I don't know bro, I'm here to discover it! Yes it is the discontinued white line. I want to say that in my area the signal is not strong. I had to use the function of the zoom to see it better.
