Anybody have ATSC decoder software for IQ files saved from AirSpy?

Talk about other SDR products like the FunCube, HackRF, BladeRF etc.

Anybody have ATSC decoder software for IQ files saved from AirSpy?

I have an AirSpy-R2 SDR, and have recorded a few seconds of an ATSC digital TV signal as a WAV file. The WAV file contains the raw IQ samples in 16bit little-endian integer format. I would like to know is this. Is there software out there that I can download that I can use to simply load the WAV file containing raw IQ samples and have it decode it into an MPEG-TS stream, and save that to a new file? Once I have the transport stream in a file, I can play it directly in VLC player.
