Re: Begginer question
What model of Pi 4 do you have? The higher RAM models seem to have a bug which make the SD Card unable to work.
COnnect a monitor to the Pi first to see what's happening if possible. You don't need the antennas connected for the Pi's WiFi to work.

Hey,
We've got the 4 GB RAM model. is it supposed to be good?
Thank you.

Re: Begginer question
and if so, do you have any other idea why our SBC doesn't get the wifi signal? assuming everything was set up as described.

Re: Begginer question
Are you brodcasting a wifi signal KerberosAndroid/KerberosAndroid ?
This is the only AP name it will automatically connect to. Otherwise if not detected it will instead create it's own WiFi hotspot called KerberosPi/KerberosPi which you can connect to.
If you want to connect to a custom AP you can edit /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf
