Audio problem

When I try to use SDR# with a Dell Latitude E6500, the audio is distorted and robotic sounding. The problem seems to lessen when I unplug the laptop's battery charger. I tried HDSDR as a comparison and did not experience the problem. I also tried SDR# with an older DELL of another model and it worked just fine. Anybody have a similar experience?

Uncheck audio filtering and digital noise reduction.

Thanks. I have tried those things as well as others, but they did not help. What did fix the problem, was using another type of battery charging unit. It appears that something is repeatedly interrupting the sampling process when that certain type of charger is being used. I will just go on using the charger that does not cause the problem. But thanks again.
